  • Request and shipment data: pickup/delivery locations, dates, cargo type, quantity, weight/volume, pallets, temperature requirements, time constraints, instructions;

  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser info, pages visited, timestamps;
  • Marketing data: ad click identifiers and conversion events (e.g., Google Ads / Meta), subject to cookie preferences;
  • Security/anti-fraud data: reCAPTCHA signals to protect forms.

We process data to:

  • respond to inquiries and provide quotes/offers;
  • plan and manage transport/logistics services and business communications;
  • ensure operational coordination and continuity (dispatch/operations);
  • maintain website security, prevent abuse and fraud;
