Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our operations team in Bucharest. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating loads, managing driver schedules, and ensuring timely and efficient freight delivery.

You will work closely with drivers, brokers, and internal teams to optimize routes, resolve issues in real time, and maintain high service standards.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Dispatch and monitor trucks to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Communicate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and load details.
• Book loads with brokers and negotiate rates when needed.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and partners.
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, and route changes оперативно.

• Maintain accurate records of loads, mileage, fuel, and driver activity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with fleet managers and customer service teams to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a truck dispatcher or in logistics (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking, or TMS systems is a plus.
• Basic understanding of trucking regulations and load planning is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights or weekends if required.
